Hi, i did this pic looong time ago for nVidia artspace challenge, so i thought i might share it here also
i plan to use it as a part of my .Sacrifice. project later on..
its done in max, but i did so much postwork on it that i cant really decide is it more 2d or 3d i'ts like a matte painting that uses 3d renderings only..if i would decide to fly thru it, it wouldn't be possible..but still..i'll put in 3d category, hope you wont mind.
enjoy
....and the title is nonsense

some of the geometry on the characters wrists has been tweaked in PS, since the skin isnt fully adjusted yet

hi, i decided to post my spaceship..its old pic but i still like it very much, becouse of the design i guess, lighting could have been better. i have a passion for making mechanical stuff dirty and scratched -star wars influence and this is the best dirty and scratched thing i did its done in max, ship is rendered in scanline and background with mental ray occlusion. some colour adjustments and shadings in PS. later i created a pilot too, but that some other time critics welcome!
